Penryn Arts Festival 2017 is all about celebrating the creative spirit of the town. The Skills Share Fair is a FREE event drawing together local makers in one place for one day. Come along and try your hand at a range of skills including bookbinding, weaving and printmaking!
Join us at the Temperance Hall & Penryn Town Hall between 11am & 5pm on Saturday 9th December, where there will be lots of exciting drop-in workshops running throughout the day: try bookbinding with Nina Fenner, marbling with Dan O’Brien, weaving with Camilla Stacey, combine textiles and technology with Lucie Hernandez to create an illuminated felt star or make a ceramic bee with Kate Ogley!
Get your hands on the Penryn Arts Festival Handling Collection, take a close look at Oliver Raymond Barker‘s Camera Obscura collection, chill out and watch some artist films or browse artworks and prints by The Fish Factory artists. Plus don’t miss the chance to meet our Penryn Arts Festival Bursary Holders.
